In an effort to boost first aid skills in emergencies,
Jordan National Red Crescent Society (JRCS) conducted a CPR first aid training
for a group of academic staff at the School of Business at the University of
Jordan on Sunday 17th of January, 2021.
In the one-day training, the National First Aid and Risk
Reduction Centre/JRCS team provided a detailed explanation of the first aid
procedures focusing on CPR scenarios. The trainees said that they gained the
knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an
adult, child or infant following cardiac arrest.
Certificates were distributed to the trainees at the end of
the training workshop.
