The School of Business organizes a ceremony honoring retired faculty members

The School of Business organized an honoring ceremony for retiring faculty members in appreciation of their efforts and generous giving throughout their period of service at the University of Jordan.

The ceremony commenced by a speech from the Dean, Prof. Raed Masa'deh, where he conveyed the faculty's sincere thanks and appreciation to the retired faculty members, highlighting that the school appreciates everyone that contribute to building and attaining its mission and vision, wishing them continued health and success. The Dean emphasized that the retired members are welcomed to continue to participate in the school's activities such as seminars, conferences, awareness days, scientific days, exhibitions, alumni forums, and community service activities at the local, regional and global levels. Prof. Raed also thanked the social committee in the school for organizing this event, which represents the positive model that the school seeks to instill.

In their turn, the honorees thanked all those who contributed to the holding and organization of the celebration, expressing their pride in what they have contributed throughout their career in the school and university, expressing at the same time their deep love for the school and the university.

At the end of the ceremony, the Dean presented shields of appreciation to the honorees on behalf of the school. The honoring ceremony was attended by members of the faculty and administrative staff.
