The Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship organized a competition for Jordanian universities. A team from the Business School, consisting of two students, Bayan Al-Abdallat and Wasan Muhammad, won the second place in the competition. Their project was named Smart water management system, which is a smart water management system that uses algorithms and smart sensors connected near the pipes and connected with a mobile phone application that allows the user to monitor water consumption and detect leakage, if any, resulting in lower water bills, saving water, and resolving water-related problems as quickly as possible, especially in hotels and hospitals.
