The university of Jordan signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Correlation One, a company specialized in workforce development for future jobs, as part of efforts to enhance collaboration and develop the skills of students and graduates.
The memorandum aims to enhance educational and employment opportunities under the fellowship program offered by Correlation One in the field of advanced data analytics. The application for the fellowship program is free and competitive. The program focuses on training individuals aged 18-40 on advanced data analytics skills and preparing them for work in the digital economy, including data analysis, business intelligence, data visualization, artificial intelligence, and technology engineering. It is worth noting that the field of data science and analytics is experiencing a significant rise in demand for skills in the global job market. The program also includes professional development and employment support for graduates by connecting them with global employers.
For its part, the university will support the program by marketing and attracting applicants from its students and graduates, as well as providing an appropriate environment for awareness activities to inform students about this opportunity.
The Correlation One office in Jordan also emphasized that there is a huge untapped pool of talent in Jordan, which the fellowship program aims to create opportunities for. This will be achieved by providing a world-class learning experience for learners, then connecting them with employers worldwide and helping them secure suitable employment.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was attended by Dr. Nahed Emaish, Vice President for International Relations and Partnerships and Vice President for Humanities Schools, Dr. Ra'ed Mosa'dah Bani Yaseen, Dean of School of Business, Dr. Zaid Obaidat, Director of the International Program, Alumni, and Marketing Unit, Dr. Hazar Al-Hmoud, Assistant Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs at School of Business, and Shahd Atiyeh, Director of the Correlation One office in Jordan.
