ٍSchool of Business signs an affiliation agreement for the Bachelor's degree in Finance program with the CFA Institute in the United States.

School of Business at the University of Jordan has signed an affiliation agreement for the Bachelor's degree in Finance program with the CFA Institute in the United States. This agreement reflects the college's commitment to developing and enhancing its academic programs to ensure their sustainability and to foster competitiveness at the local, regional, and international levels.

Dr. Ra'ed Mosa'dah Bani Yaseen, the Dean of School of Business, emphasized the school's continuous efforts to achieve the highest levels of excellence, especially with its attainment of international accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) for all of its programs at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. This makes it the first business school in public universities to receive this accreditation.

The new affiliation will allow students to receive scholarships to apply for the professional certification exam and access resources related to the exam. Additionally, it will enable faculty members to attend conferences and workshops organized by the institute, as well as provide free access to the Financial Analysts Journal, published by the institute, which is classified among the top-tier, peer-reviewed journals globally.

For his part, Dr. Mohammed Tayeh, Head of the Finance Department, pointed out that the university’s affiliation with the CFA Institute places it as the first university among all public and private Jordanian universities to achieve this affiliation. This affiliation is considered a form of accreditation and recognition of the quality of the curriculum for the Finance program and the high standard of the courses included in the curriculum.
