At the successful completion of the Master Program in Public Administration the student
should be able to:
1. Analyze, examine and policy management skills, organization theory, and public
administration theory/theories and evaluate its implications to public service.
2. Develop advanced analytical critical thinking and decision-making skills reflected in
effectively writing essays on contemporary public administration issues, such as
assessing and evaluating the new directions of public administration towards public
management and the adoption of private sector concepts.
3. Evaluate the ethical issues of public administration and management.
4. Examine the current theories and concepts in the field of PA and apply them on real-life
problems and cases.
5. Work effectively, ethically, trustfully, and professionally with people with different
functional roles.
6. Explain and evaluate the practices of research methodology and its application in the
Public Sector (Comprehensive track).
7. Write a thesis to a professional standard that demonstrate a reasonable and solid
ability to conduct independent research and use of different methodologies that
contribute to knowledge in a related field (Thesis track).
