The participation of Dr. Hala Zidan, Assistant Dean for Accreditation and International Rankings, in the International Accreditation Conference for Business Schools 2024 (AACSB).

​Dr. Hala Zidan, Assistant Dean for Accreditation and International Rankings at School of Business, participated in the specialized accreditation conference and workshops organized by the AACSB Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) in Glasgow, Scotland.

The conference addressed the key plans and strategies that help recently accredited business schools continue their development and prepare for the next stages. Among the topics discussed were the college’s action plan with graduates, measuring learning outcomes, and ensuring that the college’s plans align with the labor market and technological advancements.

The conference included specialized workshops on the best practices and applications for measuring the societal impact of academics and students in business schools.


The Dean of School of Business, Dr. Ra'ed Masa'deh Bani Yaseen, emphasized that the school's participation in this conference aligns with its goals of adopting accreditation standards and ensuring both local and global quality assurance across all academic programs. He also highlighted the importance of fostering a culture of quality among the college's staff and making a significant contribution to improving the university's standing and ranking in global university rankings. Additionally, he stressed the value of attending specialized conferences and workshops, continuing to work diligently on the international accreditation file, and exploring new opportunities for other important international accreditations.​
