Master in Total Quality Management / Program Intended Learning Outcomes

At the successful completion of Master Program in Quality Management (MQM) the student should be able to:
1. Identify the major issues characterizing an organization business environment using advanced rigorous knowledge.
2. Adapt autonomy, accountability and continuous self-development in analyzing and performing major managerial tasks at their work places.
3. Develop advanced problem solving and analytical skills through exposure to real-life case studies.
4. Write a research proposal up to an academic standard that expands knowledge in related specialized field.
5. Apply quantitative and qualitative skills related to operations management, project management, and supply chain management.
6. Evaluate quality management systems standards and statistical quality tools to diagnose and amend mistakes
7. define, analyze, and solve complex quality problems.
8. Apply advanced scientific research methods in writing the master's thesis to a professional academic standard (Thesis track).
9. Utilize scientific research and statistical analysis skills to analyze a business situation and prepare, present a management report.
10. Integrate effectively concepts from various disciplines to identify and develop quality strategies.
