Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Raed Masadeh Bani Yassin, Dean of the School of Business, the Accounting Department at the University of Jordan held, on Tuesday 18th of October, 2022 AD, an introductory seminar on the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
The department hosted Mr. Richie Malhotra the Director of Academic and Community Relations of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). IMA) in the Middle East and Africa and Mrs. Iman Boutai. The session involved faculty members, students of the Accounting Department, and several interested parties.
Mr. Richie gave a detailed presentation on the most important opportunities offered by the institute to university students at the academic and professional levels. This was followed by a round of questions and answers from students and faculty members, during which the guests answered many inquiries related to the professional and academic development of accountants
At the end of the symposium, Prof. Dr. Dean of the school honored the top ten students in the Accounting Department who received the CMA scholarship, emphasizing how proud is the University and the school in the students' achievements and wishing them more success in the future
